$125 per session (50 minutes)

Insurance

I am not a provider with insurance companies and do not not file insurance for clients. However, my services are covered in part by most health insurance plans and I would be an "out-of-network" provider.

A signed receipt with the appropriate diagonistic code and my credentials will be provided at the end of each session which can be used by you for reimbursement from your insurance.

Check with your health insurance or employee benefit plan to see how out of network services are covered. Please check your coverage by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
